Our CV suite boasts Precor, Concept II and TechnoGym equipment, all world leading brands. Unique1 also features a large separate free weight and plate loaded section for the extreme gym enthusiast or for those who want more than a CV workout.
With over 4,800 sqft, Unique1 guarantee you’ll have the space you need to achieve your ultimate workout.
You are also invited to take advantage of our on site pre/post workout drinks bar. Protein bars, shakes and supplements are available to purchase ready for you to consume on site or take away. The sooner you consume protein post-exercise, the bigger the stimulation in muscle protein synthesis- don’t let that hard work go to waste!
Along with that, our members can feel secure knowing they are in an attitude-free training environment with trained, approachable, professionals on hand to assist. Our Staff members have a keen personal interest in keeping fit so can relate to you and your unique needs. If necessary, a member of staff can fully induct you into Unique1 Health & Fitness, ensuring you are competent and confident with all the equipment, helping you get the best out of your workout.
